1. Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days from the date of confirmation.
2. Delivery Schedule: Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and are subject to variations based on the delivery location and the courier service.
3. Prepaid Orders: All parcels are shipped on a prepaid basis. You are not required to pay any amount to the courier personnel. If you receive any such request or call, please treat it as a scam and report it to us immediately.
4. Transit Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
5. Missing Item Claims: To initiate any claim related to missing items in your order, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly display the unopened package with the visible shipping label, followed by the complete unboxing process in a single, uninterrupted shot. Claims submitted without such video evidence will not be considered for refund or replacement.
6. Order Reference: While processing your order, we refer strictly to the invoice/bill. Any communication over chat will not be considered as part of the order details.
7. Order Cancellation/Return Fee: A cancellation/return fee of Rs.200 will be charged if the order is cancelled and the shipping fee will also be deducted from the total amount. For eg. if your order amount is Rs.2000 and shipping is Rs.200 total of which is 2200, total amount refunded will be Rs.1800. Also, the courier charges will have to be paid by you when you send it back to us.
8. Courier Charges: Courier charges that we levy are advance and depend totally on the weight of the parcel once packed , So if your parcel is packed and the weight is more then the difference is to be PAID by You to US. Some couriers charge weight according to the size of the parcel so the cost of shipping increases, in such cases if you wish to cancel the order, cancellation fees will be applicable.
9. Refund: If there's a refund, it may take upto 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
10. Packing charges: If you select store pick-up and then wish to collect the parcel in a box instead of a carry bag, packing charges will be applicable at Rs. 150 per box.
