Return,Exchange & Cancellation Policies

Return Policy:

• Items must be in original unused condition for return and sent to the dispatch centre within 7 days from receipt.
• No return or exchange on edible products.
• Customers bear shipping costs for return.
• Contact us via email, call, or WhatsApp with order details and reason for return.
• Refund processed within 1-2 weeks upon receiving the items, through NEFT/Payment Gateway.

Exchange Policy:

• No return or exchange on edible products.
• Exchange accepted for unused items within 7 days if not as per order specifications.
• Contact us via WhatsApp with order number and reason for exchange.
• Returned items must be in original unused condition.
• After verification, receive a Discount Coupon Code for future purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

• Partial cancellation allowed unless it violates minimum order quantity norms.
• No cancellation for customized products.
• Once shipped, cancellation not possible.
